Little Advice Needed
Ok so i don't know if you remember a website called blindnerd.com. But i was the owner of it before selling too mike.fro, we all know what happened so i wont go into details. He charged back me and i lost the paypal claim so i had too pay the negative balance. So does this mean i now reown the website? I still have all the files along with the logo ect. I noticed bruis was hosting it but its now suspended. What do you guys think?

Did you sign any documents? Legally it isn't yours if you did, but I agree that it should be.

No because even if the money was never given, the website is still legally in mike.fro's hands.

I didnt sign anything he paid me through paypal and i sent him the files and gave him the domain name. So in theory the site should be mine. And too be honest let him sue me for it lol.

Don't listen to anyone else. Your transaction was completed, business done, domain and site belong to him. Regardless of whether the transaction was reversed or not (it was) the property was transfered to him as you both agreed (however informally).
He has already screwed you with the chargeback, don't afford him the opportunity to get more money by claiming blindnerd as your own. If you want to take charge of that site again, then you're going to have to buy it back from Mike. Good luck with that.
