From a design perspective, this site does not fit its target audience. For starters, it's coded in tables, which are no good for screen-readers; neither is the image-replaced body text on the right.
For visually impaired users, there's a disturbing lack of contrast, which makes it hard to read, even for non-visually impaired users, on a low-contrast monitor, it's quite hard to read the "people who have a mental illness" bit; that should be coded in HTML, not an image, as I look at it.
Now, I know that your site is aimed at mentally ill people, not visually ill people, so to speak, but you could really do with a professional redesign of this anyway; it doesn't convey a sense of professionalism I'd expect from a site like this.
So, by no means is the design "perfect", but it's a good start.
