Someone bought a template from me and paid first, then I sent the files immediately after. After a few days, paypal tells me that there is a "dispute" that they will be taking back the money he paid for the templates from my bank account for some reason. I have no idea why but this has happened 2 times and I'm confused and I don't know how to settle it.
The first time this happened, they took the money for the template out of my bank account and I never got it back, and that person still has the psd for it.
Well - you should state that you supplied the psd file for the job you were hired to do - Let PayPal know you performed the service in question and send them the psd file of the work you did - Also - if you have any chat transcripts or email correspondences... Those should help as well... I've found -- especially if you have a valid track record with paypal for having performed such online services before -- that they will look more favorable towards you, especially if you have money flowing through your paypal account.
I did exactly that when I had got the dispute thing, I told paypal about my service and that i should not get the money taken away for the second time.
