Papal account limited.
The problem is paypal will not listen to me about what has gone on, to cut a long story short one of my claints could only pay via paypal. They have paid me in excess of 500GBP.
I have paid for a few things on ebay and paypal decided to limit my acount because the money went out pretty quick. The guy on the phone slipped up and said that I am not allowed to spend all the funds in my account at once. I gather this is because they are thives and make money off the intrest generated.
Paypal then decided to take all the money paid on ebay and put it back in to my account and limt it. So I have had to go out and pay these people again!
They are wanting me to add some silly thing on my account so they can get my infomation. Some of this I dont have. I dont have any photographic id or a tracking number (WTF!) and a credit card (I dont own one).
How can I go around getting this out of my account. I do not want to wait 180 days for this.
P.S this is why I use moneybookers never once had a problem.

Are they allowed to just limit your account like that? I imagine it's because you don't see a penny in interest from them. I've never heard of any sort of limit that they put on outgoing transactions.

Yeah it is in the TOS or something. They told me over the phone. They get away with it by saying they are investigating you for suspisous activitys. I told them to check my account as I spent the money legit on ebay products.

Just upgrade your account if you don't want to be affected by such silly limits. However to do that, you'll likely need to hand them some form of information that you don't have -- credit/debit card details, personal identification, etc -- I'm not sure exactly what they need because I've had a business account there for many years.

The limit should be removed if you add a bank account.

They want Credit Card (I dont have one), Shipping and tracking number (never sold anything!), Bank Account (on another PayPal account) and Photographic ID (I dont have any).
So its safe to say that I am up shi*s creek.

I don't know about you guys, but to me that does sound a little dodgy - or has anyone else had an experience like this?
It does seem like information that a phishing scam would want, doesn't it?

If you have another paypal account, with a bank account attached, then what's the problem? Use that.
