Example Program:
-This is a free program that I wrote in Visual Basic.NET. The program resizes images by setting it to an absolute size, scaling it by a percentage percentage or scaling it down to fit certain dimensions.

First off I need to update that, it is not my last site. I did that one about two years ago before I stopped freelancing. Since then he has apparently stopped running the site, perhaps he sold the script to someone.

I am fluent with jQuery. My biggest work never saw completion due to late term difficulties (I'll see if I can get that up on my server today), but I do have some examples. I wrote a tooltip script at http://www.nps.org.au/links. I've worked with it a large number of other times, let me know what you need.
