iPod video

Hi

just wondering what everyone thinks about this? Supposably it will come out this or next week at 299$ for 30gigs and 399$ for 60.

Personally i can't wait and i need to make about another 100$ to reach the 300$ mark :P

By the way dont trust any pictures of it you you see online...all are fake

I'm sick of ipods! What's the point of the ipod video? Just another way to make money from ipod fans....I mean, it's not like it actually has any real purpose/use is it?

I think what Robson is trying to express (though correct me if I'm wrong, I probably am) is about the fad of the iPod. Sure it's great technology, but in reality it's just Apple making the most money out of the generation that is so easy to influence. I mean, come on. I just have to paraphrase slightly what I heard at school today about it.
"Ooo, iPod! Worship it! I must have one! WORSHIP!!!"

Personally I don't understand the video ipod. If they made a camera ipod or something that allowed you to record clips that might be more useful but what's the point of a video one? Download clips and store them on your ipod for what purpose....so you can watch it on the train and laugh to yourself whilst managing to look like an idiot?

^^yes i agree i mean why have a video ipod which is worth alot then have a video phone about 200 cheaper and easy i use
