lists of search engines

Here are some lists of Search Engines I've found.. Hope these could help increase your websites traffic.

I fear this thread is just another one to spam the OPs signature links. If it was really meant to be a useful list of search engines, they would have been properly linked at least and more than a modicum of research would have gone into compiling the list.

You just inspired me.

I couldn't find any time to put something in my blog but after your posts I got "feeling" and made first post.

In one of my previous jobs I managed something called "Knowledge Management" and part of my little personal research was "collection of the available search engines"

In my first post I am introducing the most popular search engines.

And just an example what another article may contain is one of search engines that recognising images... xcavator.net when I first used this one I was like oh my god...

[update in June 09: Bing.com from microsoft is using the similar technology when you are searching for images]

I thought it would be a great thread with a good list of SE but 4U2NV you suggested a good list.I think that will be a little helpful.

Also include Google, Yahoo and MSN.. These three search engines are the three best search engines.. Thats why I always use them.

bing is the new search engine But google is the best of all.
