I own a web services company in the US

Dear Freelancers,

I own a small web services company in the US and we have quite a bit of work starting to pile up.

We need individuals that are honest and complete work on time.

Currently, our needs are:
Logo design
PSD to XHTML
Joomla implementation
WordPress theme creation from PSD
Flash animation
Brochure design

We're looking for an hourly rate and a portolio that we can examine.

After that, we'll ask for an hourly estimate on a job and see if it works.
