It's alright. You can begin by adding more colors to the overall design to give it a more "lively" feel. Everything is pretty bland... The font in the header is a bit too extreme to be easily read and you should change that. For your content boxes, try adding a differenty style to the left boxes so it's not all the same through out the design.
Oh, and the pixel font is a thumbs down.

i think its a reduced size, correct me if im wrong.
I'd say it has potential, certainly needs content to truly judge it, why dont you add some text and images so we can see what it could look like?

Intresting... It is like a blast of colour and full of picture in the header... And then when you look below it is plain bland and empty...

Banner's good, text could use work. Too cartoony for such a serious abstract design on top
