Slicing & Coding of a layout!

Ok, well I'll need five pages sliced and coded (all similiar):

Layout was designed in Fireworks MX 2004.

I've designed the site myself so I could probably make the slicing easier or whatever else. It can be tables but the text needs to be CSS. I'd also like it to work in major browsers (Firefox, recent IE, Opera).

I'm looking for quotes here or by PM. I'd like to get this done for under $50.

I have a template site opening with a large amount of coding work available in the future - so a good relationship here could lead to work later if interested.
