Hello! I am not sure if I am going off track here with a cartoony mascot.

What do you guys think?

Maybe you should give the hammer a different face... both of the cartoons are frowning. Maybe remove the period from "beware the verdict". That's about all I can say for certain...

Could be something with the scales of justice, and a smiling product to balance out. Looks pretty good.

Personally, I think it's fine.
The only thing I'd change is the hammer's face.
Maybe an evil grin; getting ready to smash that iPod looking thing. :P

I don't think it's to cartoony. But change the expressions around a bit in my opinion.

Thanks for the comments all, I made a few changes, but the mascot still seems to me a bit out of place. Any suggestions, or perhaps, scrap the mascot?
