Looking for Plugin Creator [for FF, VB, etc.]

Hello,

I'm currently looking for a few people to create a couple plugins for me. I would like one for Firefox, vBulletin (if possible as a small widget or something, PM me if you know about such things), and maybe even for a mac (depends on price).

The basic function of the plugin would be to be somewhat like a URL shortener. It would be for http://www.rapidbolt.com/, and the plugin would make it easier for people to protect their links.

If you could do something like this, give me a ballpark estimate, and let me know.

If you look into how search plugins for ff work, you can use it to post to a form, real simple, doing it for urlbeach atm. Easypeasy.
