Free css/xhtml coding

Hey,

I'm considering offering 1 tempalte into css/xhtml for free.
All I want is one link in the footer (coded by xhtmlcode.com) and rights to post this in my portfolio.
I reserver rights to choose whatever template i want, or even not to do this, if i suddenly get a job or something.

User must have 600+ posts.

PM me with a preview of the layout, I won't awnser imediatly, I want to see few layouts first.
