Center Text Horizantlly and Vertically

I already have it Vertically aligned but I need my text to be horizantlly aligned so the title stuff like Main Navigation appear in the center of the menu bg.

Im sure its a quick easy thing to do I am just not aware of it.

Well basically, you need to learn some things about padding (and margin).
Search around a little on the might web for paddings, and you should be able to work it out
