Old  Client Area Sotware - Any Good Ones?

Does anyone know of a client area software that designers would use. Basically offers features such as client login, comments, upload, download, payments, and main use..to see the progress of their work??

There are litterally tons of scripts for such... but finding a good free one is painful.

These are the two I was looking at. One is free and the other you must purchase although it's not a bad price.

NetOffice (FREE)

Liquid Reflex Client Area script:

Anyone having success with these or any of them? I think it's a very good idea to implement. It also seems like it would eliminate a ton of headaches and would make the process a whole lot simpler.
