Custom Media CMS

I am after a CMS script for a website I'm working on.
The following are required.
Admin Panel -
- Add/Remove Videos & Images via Upload or Embedded Code (.flv/.wmv)
- Edit/Delete User Posted Comments
- Add/Remove/Edit Registered Users (Name, Username, Email, & Password)
- Ban Users/IP's
- Create & Edit Profanity Filter List For Posted Comments
- Ability To Set User(s) To Admin Status Or User Status With Appropriate Privileges


User Panel -
- Private Messaging
- Upload Image/Video
- Edit Profile

Site Functions -
- Mod Rewrite for friendly URL's
- Search Function

I know webmonkey says the position is filled but you may be able to save some money by purchasing my software (www.humorsoftware.com). There's a few features you've requested that are not in the software but could easily be modified. You're also getting many other features you've not requested.

Maybe he wants a custom solution, though. I know I'm personally tired of seeing the same system over and over again. Most, and I'm not saying yours is because I've never seen the source of yours, are very badly written, too. AWBS for one is a truly awful piece of software.

Yes, like you've said, you haven't seen my source code so you can't comment on how well coded it is.

And yes, I understand some are after custom sites, but when you offer something which is very customizable it's rather easily modified which makes it look rather unique. I was only simply making a reply to make him aware of it if he was not already.
