Hiring PHP/MySQL Coder

I'm looking for a PHP/MySQL coder who can do a really simple job of finishing an order script I'm working on. All the XHTML and CSS is done, all you need to do is add the PHP.

This project is quite simple and shouldn't take too long, all it requires is adding orders to a table and includes a staff interface where they can mark orders as Pending, Approved and Completed.
