You're on the right track. The reflections are a huge over-kill. Get rid of them entirely. The dark circles behind the logo also don't work well, and I'd get rid of them.

Another problem is your clash of type, you have quite a nice, professional, clean looking design there - yet on the navigation you try and implement a little grunge, why is there this clash? Plus your name does not suit the design you are implementing, although the design itself looks pretty good.

Everything is images maybe type the content it makes it laod slow with all images.

yeah echo it hasnt been coded yet, that is the design.
also i find the "sabreteck is a uk based..." hard to read
