I can install mods for your forums and install scripts that rely on MYSQL and PHP. I'm not money hungry so i'll let you name the price. Of course I'm looking for reasonable but not too expensive. I can install mods for phpBB like an Arcade Script, Shop script, and more.

I can also do forum posting. I charge 15 cents per post which is less than a lot of the forum posting companies. If you want long term posting, I will decrease it to 15 cents per post. I will make 1 thread per 5 posts made.

I can also be an Administrator or Moderator on your forum for a cut of the profits. I'm only looking for a 10% cut.
