Did the client pay anything for it? If so, you said the client didn't pay the full amount for it. Does the client know you are selling it to a 3rd party?

He said he's going to do a Paypal Chargeback I believe.

I told him to pay half before I started. Standard designer policy so you don't get scammed. I finished the design and he says he doesn't want it and he demands a refund. I KINDLY give him a refund even though I should have charged him the full ammount. The PSD has not left my computer. I got scammed on the deal, but you can't force someone to pay you. Anyways, the refund was made and this template is officially for sale!

I don't see how you were scammed .. he didn't like the design.
The fact that he requested a refund .. is that where you call yourself being scammed? If so, then you shouldnt've given him the money back. You did the work, and deserved to be paid for it.
