Domain Appraisal/Opinion

Hey people, this is the first domain ive purchased that isnt for a portfolio or personal site

Im unsure what the domain is worth on its own? Could i please have an appraisal? I might continue to develop it, however i might just sell it, pending value.

Opinions and comments also appreciated.

Not a lot really without any development, i'd develop it, could be used as some sort of freelance site where people post projects and get quotes etc.
