Hey what do you guys think so far ? Anything you recommend changing, or doing ?

I love your header, that grungy look never gets old, especially when it is done appropriately and not over done.

I don't like the stripey things to the side of the content, looks blurry and makes the whole page hard to look at.

Don't ever use red text on black backgrounds, this is one of the worst contrasts possible, it is so hard to read unless the red is big and chunky.

White text on a black background is almost as bad as red, the text needs to be bigger to be easier to read.

Try to have the same padding at the top of your white text as you have at the left side.

You don't need the word navigation in your navigation pane (why state the simple obvious?)

The rest of the blog is nice

i agree its nice, the blury things make it hard to read, i find my eyes jumping to them instead of focusing on the text i like the header its plain and looks great! good job so far

alright will do, thanks guys ill start making changes when i get home today

okay im home now, as for the sides yes i will most likely either low the opacity to barely any or just have a nice light solid background what do you think ? as far as the text goes do you think i should make it bigger, and what color do you suggest. And the paddings will be fixed when i code it :
