Contracts - revenue/profit sharing?

Have any of you professionals out there developed:

1. a non-storefront website based on revenue or profit sharing, i.e. lowered base price in exchange for percentage of gross revenues (not stock options)?

2. an e-commerce site based on revenue or profit sharing, i.e. lowered base price in exchange for percentage of monthly gross revenues through the site (not stock options)?

If so, do you have an example of your contract and/or proposal?

Would much appreciate some help here! Anyone, anyone? Bueller?
