PHP / MySQL Work Needed

Hi,

I have a small project that I need doing, and Im fishing for quotes:

Design Brief

A database of Music Artists and their Albums. Integrated into phpBB Forum.

Specifics

- Artists
Would need to display:
- Name
- Photo (set size)
- Brief Description/Biography
- Full Discography - Each title would be linked to a corresponding Albums entry if appropriate.

- Albums
Would need to display:
- Title
- Album Cover
- Artist (Links to Artist Page)
- Track Listing
- 2 Fields where I would fill in a URL and on the page would link to two pages.

Deadline and Others

This project has no set deadline and I have no set budget in mind, just looking for someone who can complete this project efficiently for a fair price, I have multiple other, more complex and expensive, projects to do in the future, so Im using this project to find a quality PHP / MySQL coder.
