Old  Quick French Question v. Reflexive

Hey,

I've got my french final tomorrow and I'm kind of confused here.

When you have a reflexive word after the subject, do you need to have 'suis' (or whatever correlates to the subject)?

I.E., would I need to have "Je me suis leve..."? or "Je me leve..."?

Thanks

Je me leve

"me leve" is a workword(yes we call it so here, it's something you can do)
suis is also a workword..

It's
Je me Leve
...
Je me ne leve pas
je me ne leve plus
