I dunno which came first, but I saw disco over a year ago looking like that...

The code is even almost identical.

If Discoapp had the same design in 2006, then it came first, at least according to the Copyright

Well archive.org shows discoapp being first,

And imo maven.sc complete ripped, you cant even say that is "Heavily Inspired"

DiscoApp is owned by a large company called Made By Sofa, and has had major amounts of publicity. They wouldn't steal, since they'd already invested lots of money into the app itself.

Maven looks like some no name place.

With that being said, Maven ripped off Disco.
