Free Host Script

Alright i've been working on my newest project lately which is a free host provider. I was wondering if anybody suggest a script to manage the clients. Im currently looking at http://www.cyberscript.net/products/easyhost/.

No no not as in the script being free but as a free web host provider what would be a good script to run for people to sign up. Once i dont feel like spending $500 on a custom one or how ever much it would cost.
