Flash Helper?

Can anyone help me make a flash? I have no clue with flash

I want to make it so when you roll over the subnavigation is shown? I would assume it would pretty basic for someone that knows flash, could be wrong though. Maybe even a sound when they rollover a link? Any help is greatly appreciated.
