Hey I'm interested, is the PSD well layered and does it contain layout for other pages or is it only that page?

yup all layers are named and grouped, this is only 1 page

Can you tell me what font is used in the logo. If i'm not mistaken its Agency which is a commercial font. So I think you should be a bit careful with that.
