Appraisals
I think there should be a forum strictly for appraisals from users here at TFL.I think it would help people get a good guideline for what people may pay for their site.
Just suggesting..

I wouldn't mind, it could be better for people selling so that they don't over price or under price.

Well, there is something I can agree on here. You can't really appraise someone else's work without knowing all the factors.
I think self appraisal is the best method.

Very nice article jeff I think that a appraisal section wouldn't work either but if its for domains you can head on over to Name Pros
