I've never fired a real gun so I don't know what the recoil is like but wouldn't that feel very uncomfortable trying to shoot with your arms held over your head?

I knew that was coming. With nothing holding back the gun except for my hands I think I'd start to brace for the recoil once I knew I was going to pull the trigger and then I'd lose focus with my target.

thinking about it more i think the point of the device is to find targets without your head being popped up and then you get up to make the shot. I reason this because if you werent holding the gun properly and tightly the shot would be very unacurate. But this makes the invention seem silly now cause you will stilll have to get up to take the shot.

Better to use a tiny camera on a wire than shove your rifle into view, don't you think?

I'd say if it's real it would have to be for shooting. Maybe our military is being trained to have strong wrists.
