Looking for Designer as Partner - Final Fantasy Community

Okay so here it goes, ever since I played Final Fantasy VII on the playstation 1 I have been a huge fan of this game. I've played them all and am more excited then ever to say that at the E3 event this year they announced that the Final Fantasy series would be coming to the xbox 360, not with just one version but two versions coming out (Final Fantasy XIII & Final Fantasy XIII Versus). As I haven't seen any REAL quality news, community, and just overall hangouts for these games, I've decided to make this my next venture.

What I am looking for is a good designer who not only is willing to work with me 50/50 in this project but shares the same passion and like for this game. I'm not going to take any mediocre designer so if your not good please don't even bother. If you'd like to join in this project with me as not a designer but an investor I am willing to take on a maximum of 2 other partners that aren't designers.

I have an entire website plan, layout idea, business plan & advertising plan written out. Which I will not completely share with anyone until we meet and decide that you will be joining me. However I will share limited ideas for my new website to those of you who feel interested.

I am not willing to accept someone who is 13, and I am not willing to accept someone who is the kind of person that says "I can't help pay, but I can help get members!". So don't waste your time if your not a designer or someone who can help with investments. I have about $7,500 in the bank set aside for my next project and I do not expect anyone to really have this much money on this website but I will expect someone willing to spend money with me to help.

If worse comes to worse I will end up hiring unitedjynx as the designer for my website because hes amazing and I've never met anyone better then him, however I was just checking to see if their is any designers out there that are really good who would like to join up.

So please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, and remember, please know at least a little about the game, have played the game before, don't be a young kid, have money to spend if your not a designer, and please don't waste my time, thank you.

Why wouldn't you just pay someone if you have $7.5k save for this project?

I have a bad feeling that if you have a designer work with you, free, they will want to own half the site. It will turn into a battle on who really owns the site, and won't end good. Just pay someone.

All I was asking is there was a designer out there that had the same interest in this game that I do and if they wanted to join in, as it'd be better to have help with a designer then just hire someone but obviously from the response there is not so I will just go hire this guy.

Hire. People do work faster and better when there is $$ behind it... and the legal stuff is out of the way as well.
