PHP CODER WANTED!

I am after a php coder to help code my new gaming web site.

I am after the following work to be done and have $100 to spend on this.

Main page :

News Script,

Admin part so I can logon and post news/edit/delete. Also make it so the headlines will be on the top left hand side of all pages as seen on www.zinchosting.com/zincgaming/index.php
The news I want to look just how it is in the template I have.

Site Login

I have a site login part on the main page which I want to be coded so when a member from the forum enters there username and password it logs them on to the forum.

Site Stats

On the main page I have a site stats which I would like to be working for example

Total Hits : I would like this to be the total hits from the day the site opens
Hits today : how many visits so far that day
Members : how many members we have on the forum
Members online: how many members online on the forum

Server Page

Also I am after a page which is basiclly the same as

http://www.e-frag.co.uk/index.php?pa...&do=gameserver

and after the price sorted if they hit submit it takes them to a page to add there details

username
password
email address
MSN:

Then once submitted it takes them to a payment page ( PAYPAL)


after a price that people can do this for?
