@Randy, I'm pretty sure it's legal if he sells it with his account.

It's ok for him to sell his entire account, but he needs to change all the info to the buyer, he cannot however sell the template and keep his account.

"You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license" meaning you can not transfer. if you have written consent you cant but not without it.

I've already looked into this before I purchased the template to make sure resale would be ok.

The account is assigned a key (basically, the template and all the files) and that's what is for sale. Since the account only has this template, forum skin and mp3 player, and not multiple ones, I figured it'd fit best in the templates section of this site.
