  Old  Network Bar .htaccess

Does anyone know how to make like a network bar in .htaccess and have it on all pages of the site? I've seen it before on sites that offer free hosting as long as you paste the code into your .htaccess which places a top bar across the website with an advertisement. Heres an example of the type of bar I'm talking about: http://www.jonwaraas.com/

There are any number of ways to do this sort of thing. The way that I would do it (not necessarily the best way!) would be to post-process all of the PHP pages (because I always use PHP) to insert the network bar as the first thing in the HTML BODY.

Look into maybe using a .htaccess file with php_value auto_prepend_file (and ...append_file) and PHPs output buffering functions.

Good luck finding a method that suits you.
