Revolution evolution

I recently bought the Revolution Pro theme, which I plan on using on a few sites. http://www.revolutiontheme.com/pro if you aren't familiar.

I'd like to hear from those of you familiar with Wordpress enough to change the theme colours, style and possibly layout to some extent.

For example, one of the sites is a travel site and I was thinking of using this illustration in there somehow:


Obviously at the moment the colour scheme doesn't match at all so would need completing changing.

If you're interested let me know and give an idea of how much it would cost per theme makeover.
