Personal Logotype
Hey,
I've been working on refining my logo that I use on my portfolio. While I have always liked it there's always been a few things which have annoyed me.
I have finished with this:
If anyone could spare the time to comment on anything at all that would be great
Thanks.
Ps. The background/gradient is all really for show: it's just the actual logo itself which is more important.

Do you have the old version to compare with?

No, not a huge change, but I like the changes. I was more after comments on the logotype as a whole though, rather than just the changes? Thanks though

I think it actually prefer the original, the new version just seems a little bloated and overweight in places.

I prefer your revamp though it may just be the light background and dark text that does it for me.

I'll put it black on white like before and we'll see I suppose :P

Ah, now that's interesting because the actual letters themselves haven't been made wider/more weighty. I've changed a few junctions/shoulders/positioning, but not much else, so it must be one of these which make feel like this...
Thanks both.

You know white makes you fat right? that's why fat people never wear white pants
I do like your new logo. Your name looks good in that font. They are actually the same logo just maybe could be used in different settings.
