The really big list of who knows what
Your number 1 TF resource list for knowledge

(sticky me)

Any of you guys that know of any people on this forum that just have that! that knowledge of something so precious and petit, but that will make a huge difference to certain TF users. Not a wide range if knowledge, but just someone that is an expert in a certain category, and knows, and studys that.

Starting off the list, it would have to be:

Gilles - Any questions you have about computer hardware, any latest parts out, he's the man. Can even put together a system for you.

Indy - Anything about vBulletin, problems, setting it up, installing etc. He's a true master in this game.

Salathe - Archaeological superior.

Wildhoney - Programming expert. Able and willing to give a small helping hand to people pleasant and friendly enough.

Damien - Great knowledge with adsense any problem problems that may occur during the process of setting it up. Also has great tips on promoting and running websites.

Haris - Great person to give you a hand with trial and error that may come up whilst producing xhtml/css, with physical concepts.

Andrew R - Good with questions related to xhtml/css, any problems that may occur, always good to ask!

Choco - Highly advance with JavaScript, any problems, bugs or errors that you may have whilst producing JS, Great guy to ask for tips or even a bit of hands on help.

Marky - Extensive knowledge in the computer hardware section. Built many custom computers in his time. Great for some questions relating to system specifications. Also has fair knowledge of vBulletin modifications and options, handy whilst setting up your forum.
---------------------- ------------------------- ----------------------

I'll leave it with just the one for the time being, I hope you guys can add on and grow 'The really big list of who knows what' to help for future TF'ers! =]

Simply state their name and what they're knowledge is.

It's embarrassing to see some of the responses to this topic, but if you want to fart around then that's fine by me -- it's General Discussion after all. If you have any archaeological questions, that's the subject matter of my degree. Or, more appropriately perhaps for TalkFreelance, I can help on many web coding subjects.

mm =/ Think you've got the complete wrong idea here.

This is a 'knowledge' based resource list. As in, if you need help, these are the people to go to, Being sensible doesn't classify as being able to help someone, design superstar, etc. lol

Its not a thread looking at who we can hire for certain things.

Just hope thats all clarified now (Y)

I know. If you need help with javascript, I'm the person to ask. I've been doing it for years and have coded at least 30-40 scripts for IPB forums alone, along with other work. I'm not trying to get hired here :P

I agree with Salathe, it's embarassing to see the responses in here. Some people just have no comprehension of how much drivel they talk.

I could help people out with XHTML/CSS questions (not necessarily code it for them and explain it). Not sure what else I know more than other people do.. I do know a bit about computer hardware, but I do know for a fact that Bennett knows much more than me.

I agree with both you and Salathe, it just shows the true maturity of most people on these forums. I just wish their future clients saw this thread, and then they would wonder why they weren't hired.

Almost all of you missed the point of this thread. It wasn't for self promotion, it was for general listing of members and their qualification, as listed by their peers. Geez.
