  Old  Newbie needs help :p

Im pretty much new to the whole website money making process my site is www.creaturehaven.com... I need to know how to make it more popular and what to do to get ads on it. Where do I find sponsors or companies that need advertising?

1) Hire a Designer/Learn to Design "Better" - Site Interface plays a big part in success imo.

2) Use Bidvertiser/Clicksor for Ads.

3)Look at earnersforum.com for Monetization tricks and tips.
