Ouch, doesn't even match the colour scheme of the forum!
You should use the one from last year!
Could you please create an alternate style with the old one? It hurts my eyes.

I quite like it. Robson is right, it doesn't match the colour scheme of the forum but that's a good thing, right? Sometimes standing out, a little contrast, makes a good difference. I also really love last year's one but the current one won the contest so my guess is that it will stay.

No, not matching the colors of the site doesn't mean good contrast. It means periwinkle on green/blue... it's just going to drive away potential members.

it just needs actual contrast - it's too washed out imo - and an additiona light source so the ice logo doesn't look so wierd in proportion to everything else.
