Who actually pays tax?
In the uk you can make upto £91/week without paying tax on it. Now i'm sure there are alot of freelancers/webhosts and other internet businesses that are generating more than £4745/year. I'm going to be declaring tax on my income pretty soon as it's got to that point with me, so who pays tax?

Well if you are registered officially you need to send in a tax return whatever..
Well that is what my accountant has told me.

Yes you do each year, I haven't done it for 2months so I will probobly get in trouble for that

Yes I think so because the business is registered to me and all businesses have to pay tax?

well im not sure about if its a registered business but im pretty sure 16 year olds dont pay tax, infact im almost 100% sure you dont pay tax untill your 18 (or if you do its a VERY minor amount)

@ Bazza,
I don't think you even need to pay if your in full time education.
I have people in college who have part time jobs, and they claim their taxes back after each payslip.
