Old  How make thick diagonal lines

I know how to make thin ones, 3x3 image and 3 1px dot going sideways either way. How can I make them thicker? I have seen a few with very thick ones, is this a brush or what? I would really like to know.

I believe that it is one of the custom shapes. If you want your own patten, just make instead of 3x3 like 8x8 and do the same thing.

Doggie

Another easy way,

1. Make some rectangles, and position them next toi each other.
2. Colour them as you wish.
3. Ctrl + T (After you merged the layer together, or link them) and select skew.
4. Skew them 45degrees.
5. Play around with different settings for different effects!

Regards.
