The only plugin I used is Fasterfox which Yang mentioned.

I've installed Web Developer and MeasureIt, but I don't find MeasureIt very useful. Web Developer on the other hand has few functions I find useful

I've replaced my Dictionary Tooltip with the Answers.com extension.

Foxytunes (controls media players)
ForecastFox (shows the local weather)
Fasterfox (speeds up page loading + rendering)
Firesomething (randomly changes the name in the titlebar to something like Mozilla Powerpanda)
IE View (quickly open a page in IE to check for compatability)
Tabbrowser Preferences (more options for tabs)

Anyone know of a 'no-tabs' extension?
