Joomla pages not showing in Site Exlporers

Yahoo or Open Site Explorer fail to show all available pages form a Joomla based site. The only page that appears is the index page. Is something missing, or is the site not worthy enough to get all pages indexed or crawled?? What can I do to remedy this situation?
