Portfolio Redesign
Hey all, just launched my new portfolio, finally. Still a few things I'm working on such as the copy for the contact form and such, but pretty much finished now!
Would love to improve it even more so if you have any suggestions please post them!
Looking for feedback, good or bad.

Thanks a lot, and hope you like the design.

Holy Crap dude. Thats so good. So good. I love it. Only thing I would change is bring the lower around 5 pixels lower. Thats it.
Also the navigation font is a bit meh, but I dunno what I would use instead of it. Maybe someone else can look at that part!

Thanks Gaz I'll have a look over all the copy and see if there are any more - admittedly typos are a weak point for me so if you find any more then please let me know.
And @sebtech, ooh I see haha will think about that but I think looks ok for now, if others agree with this then I will do it though.

Your social links, such as Dribbble, Facebook etc... you should link to your actual pages on those sites... I couldn't be bothered to search your name on them etc.. Make sure it's you etc..
That find student digs... Some guy added me who claims to own that site to MSN and Facebook the other day... Small world..

Please please remove:
Code:
letter-spacing: 0.09em;
Not sure how it looks with Helvetica but since I don't use Helvetica, it reverts to Arial and that makes the font look absolutely HORRIFIC.
For the three screenshots you feature, I would probably recommend instead of going from one opacity to none, why not make it animate slowly into full color? It looks rough going from the dark overlay to 100% color right now.
Other than the kerning ugliness, looks good!

Thanks Jordan, could I trouble you to take a screen shot of how it looks to you ?
I like the idea of the gradual fade on the hover state will look into that.
