  Old  Error Deleting File

i have recently put some mp3 files on my mp3 player and i would like to know how to get rid of this write-protection as it wont let me remove my songs now and i have tried every possible method!

Does anyone have any ideas?

Also...

My USB flashdisk has malfunctioned what can i do as i have only just recently bought it?!!??

It won't let you remove your songs? What did you use to put the songs on? Did the MP3 player come with some sort of software to use with your PC?

As for your Flashdisk, try to get a refund if you have only just bought it.

What i do when i get the write protection thing come up is put them in the recycle bin, then:

1: Go on My Computer
2: Right click on your local disk and click on properties.
3: After it has all loaded up, make sure that the recycle bin checkbox has a tick in it.
4: Click ok and then click yes to "Are you sure you want to perform these actions"
5: Once it is finished you should be sorted.

I put this for Windows, as i presume is what the file protection thing is coming up for, if not then i hope i helped in some way.

Or the simple way open my computer right click on removable disk the format ive done it loads of times on my mp3 player even tho i use it to store files on it other then mp3's. formating works
