vBulletin designer needed!

I need a designer, vbulletin based.

I dont have much to spend but most of you people are awesome at designing, so if someone doesnt mind earning abit of cash then this is for you.

i need a vbulletin design that is aimed to 15-25 year olds thats funky, stylish and slik.

i dont mind paying money for a decent skin design, but praffer it to be as low as possible
