Sorry I know it's against the rules to comment like this, but how on earth would anyone expect to sell a website for that much when clearly the return is not worth while.

Common courtesy, and the rule at TF, would have been to acknowledge members here that the site is also for sale on Flippa, with a possibility to bid as low as $150. However, the BIN price is still $15k.
