[hiring] Valid xhtml/css coder - easy layout

Hi there,

As the title suggests i'm hiring a good xhtml/css coder who's willing to do this small job for me, it won't take you any longer than 20 minutes i wouldn't of thought, details below.

Navigation at the top with a few links, one easy rollover.

Few banner advert spaces below that need to be aligned.

Then a footer at the bottom with text on it. Very simple and easy, i will pay the coder $10 for an easy job that won't take them long.
