Who uses it? How does it work? I need an ad service so I'm thinking Google Adsense but why do they ask for your Tax Information? If anyone can help, that would be a great help. Thanks!

Ok im not sure since your in the US, but try yahoo cause you may make some more $$$ if you like. If you say your a indiviual i dont think you need the tax stuff.
